Genetic Networks has an immediate opening for an exceptional Computer Information Research Scientist, preferably with some background in biology, to help build a next generation drug discovery and personalized medicine platform that radically rethinks the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of disease.
Genetic Networks’ unique, proprietary biological data is integrated with biological data from multiple sources that include gene networks, genomic data, phenotype data, and drug assays. The integrated data is analyzed using a variety of network-based analyses and statistical models. The successful applicant for this position will be able to implement a variety of high performance network algorithms (e.g., label propagation, node centrality, etc) and statistical analyses.
